After a year of dedicated hard work the Restorative Justice All-Party Parliamentary Group is delighted to share our four briefing papers and accompanying supporting notes. These four briefing papers look at:

  1. Raising practitioner standards within the criminal justice sector
  2. Opening up universal access to restorative justice in the criminal justice sector
  3. Implementing restorative practices in education, health and social care
  4. Evidence Base for recording, evaluation

The group received an unprecedented level of engagement from the restorative sector and The Chairman, Elliot Colburn MP would like to pass on his thanks on behalf of all APPG Members to all those that contributed evidence and looks forward to hearing back from the sector regarding the findings.

It’s been a long time coming, but the APPG is delighted to have approved and published its final briefing paper. This investigation into implementing restorative practices in education, health and social care was approved at our recent APPG and brings together the work from experts in their field.
