Letter to Secretary of State regarding HMPPS RJ Policy Framework

APPG Update:

The release of the HMPPS Restorative Justice Policy Framework has raised some questions with members of the APPG, our Advisory Board and the wider restorative sector about the ability of services to deliver effectively on the ground, therefore we have written to the Secretary of State asking for clarity on several key issues.
